Intercanvi. EXCHANGE POZNAN (Poland) – LLEIDA. Etwinning Project

Aquest projecte consisteix en un intercanvi entre alumnes de 2n d’ESO del col·legi Episcopal amb els d’una escola de Polònia. Des de fa uns anys, el nostre col·legi participa en una plataforma – Etwinning- que permet relacionar escoles europees compartint tasques amb un projecte comú a través d’Internet. En aquest cas, el projecte es fa des de l’àrea de llengua anglesa i es du a terme en anglès.

La localitat escollida és Poznan, ciutat situada al centre-oest del país, important en els àmbits empresarial, acadèmic, científic i cultural. L’objectiu principal de l’intercanvi és que els alumnes puguin conèixer de prop una cultura i una realitat diferents a les nostres, alhora que practiquen la llengua anglesa – tant pel que fa a les tasques que es duran a terme a l’aula, com en els intercanvis -.

Les nostres famílies van acollir els alumnes de Poznan del 12 al 19 de febrer i en breu seran els nostres qui s’allotjaran amb les famílies poloneses, del 14 al 21 de maig.

We are Roger, Albert, Lluís, David, Víctor, Daniel, David, Dídac, Oriol and Abril, Emma, Marina, Marta, Anna, Clàudia, Letícia, Laura, Carlota, Helena, Alba, 2nd ESO students who are about to launch a new project with students in Poland.
Our school has recently taken part in a European Programme called Etwinning which fosters the connection of schools in Europe, and obviously their students and teachers. The aim of this programme is to make students realize how important is to learn different cultures, languages and OPEN OUR WINDOW to the world so as to be able to understand each other and become good and competent citizens.

We are going to get in contact with Polish students in Poznan, a beautiful city in Poland by sharing our tasks through emails, video conferences and learning the way people do in both different countries in Europe.

We are welcoming them in February for a week. They will be staying with us in our houses and we are taking them to different places near Lleida such as Barcelona, Tarragona and others. Then, in May, we are flying to Poland where we will be enjoying the landscape, the weather, the people and its surroundings!

We are really excited about our project!!! In brief, we’ll start to prepare everything trying to do our best to make them feel like at home !!!!
