As you already know, THE FONIX is a competition for students attending Catalan schools. It is aimed at encouraging English learning among primary and secondary school students. Students may participate in the competition only through the school where they are enrolled.
This year, in the 11th edition of the competition, the organisers have introduced a new format that is divided into two stages giving priority to the following objectives:
- Development of critical and reflective thinking. 2. Problem-solving and seeking of creative solutions. 3. Use of digital environments and transmedia communication. 4. A focus on values related to ethical issues defined in UNESCO’s 2030 Agenda for sustainable development, equity, solidarity and social cohesion.
