Healthy diet, exercise and rest.
This term we are learning what we have to do to keep a healthy life in our English project.
We have discovered the importance of a healthy diet including carbohydrates, such as rice, spaghetti…; proteins contained in eggs, fish and meat; calcium, eating milk, yogurts…; and the vitamins of fruits and vegetables.
We also have learnt that exercise is very important, we need to play and practise sport for at least 30 minutes every day.
And finally, we know we need to sleep from eight to ten hours every night to have a complete healthy life.
