In kindergarten and first cycle of primary pupils learn English by using different types of materials. One of those is a set of materials created by Josep Maria Artigal.
At the beginning pupils and teacher stage jointly a story, without any visual support and just using body language. Later on, the story is rounded off with other activities such as drawings, worksheets, games, a book, a poster and a puppet theatre.
Finally, the process goes on at home: children read the book they have made to their parents and use the puppet theatre to tell the stories they have performed in class.
