Students of 5th and 6th PRIMARY, ESO and BATXILLERAT, concentra-ted on their tasks.
ne year more, the students of 5th and 6th grade of Primary, ESO and Batxillerat have taken part in the Tenth English Competition for Catalan Schools (THE FONIX 2017), designed to promote the use of English among school students through an informal educational setting.
As usual, the exercises in the competition consisted of writing tasks, each based on a different theme. The written tasks contained a variety of activities on vocabulary, reading and writing. This time the topic referred to life and the positive aspects that can contribute to make it healthier, more enjoyable and even better, being laughter, humour and play the solution for happiness.
As you can see, the students were really concentrated on doing their test, which will show their English level. The students took the test seriously surrounded by a pleasant environment.
The jury, formed by English teachers of the different school grades, will have to select the best work and candidates to participate in the regional stage on February 25th.
