Science in first of ESO.
This year the students of first of ESO go to the lab to do science classes in English.
In the lab we do some practices. In one of these practices we researched the senses of a simple animal like the corean warm.
The corean warm is an animal used for fishing.
The methodology that we used is:
- We put four corean warms inside the carton box and we put a light focus with a part with shadow. The warms moved to the shadow.
- We touched the warms with a spatula and they moved apart.
- We brought closer to the warm a cotton with ammonia and they rolled up.
- We switched on the sound device next to the warms and they didn’t move.
In conclusion we discovered that the warms, have sight, touch and smell senses, but they don’t have hearing sense.
